Anti-Spam Policy
Mailbox providers accept mail from a network as long as that network keeps unwanted mail out. That is in our own interest as much as in the recipients': a client who sends without consent harms every other client on the network, so we stop it.
Our undertakings
- We carry only mail to recipients who agreed to receive it from the client concerned.
- New clients explain where their addresses come from before the first dispatch.
- Recipient data is never sold, lent or pooled between clients.
- Unsubscribes and complaints are applied to every later mailing of the client.
Not allowed
- Sending to addresses whose consent cannot be shown.
- Mailing lists that were bought, swapped or scraped.
- Hiding the sender or the purpose of a mailing.
- Continuing after the network has throttled a client for quality reasons.
How we act on reports
- We acknowledge each report and trace the client and the mailing from the headers.
- If the report holds up, the client's dispatch is halted while we check.
- A confirmed breach ends our service for that client, and the address is excluded from further mail through us.
- Blocklist operators may ask us for the facts at the address below.
Report a message
Pass the message on to us with its headers intact. We will find out which client sent it and whether you ever agreed to receive it.
